These vessels are made so that I can text my glazes - each one is unique. This vessel is made from Porcelain with wild Cotswold clay additions and several glazes.
They have been thrown on the wheel as cylinders and then pulled off centre to create their fluidity and varied shapes. I have some in my kitchen that I use for breakfast smoothies, water, matcha tea, hot chocolate, wine and G&Ts! I can use the same cup several times in a day and they are fully dishwasher safe and very robust. Each one is different and some have artist notes on the base so that I know which mixture of glazes I used as I experiment with each one.
This cup with a folded lip is slightly larger than the others - 11cm high x 10cm - it would also make a good vase.
