Timeworn Textured Bowl
I am currently working on weatherworn vessels that have an aged look to them. Whilst I made other vessels similar to this last year, I am exploring a more rugged feel with this bowl, using a base of a more rustic clay rather than porcelain. The effect is chunkier, rougher and more like stone on the outside. I have kept the inside of the bowl calmer with softer smoother glazes to contrast but tone with the outside.
