Mossy Porcelain Vase
This thrown porcelain bowl has been sitting in my studio and every few months I have refired it. I have counted at least 4 firings in the past 18 months. I am finally happy with it and am prepared to release it to the world! The layers have slowly been added over time the final effect of decay and mossy build up sit well on this piece. The green and browns have mingled together as the layers have been built up over time and cracks have formed in a natural way with the build up of materials added. It pairs well to the larger Metal and Moss bowl although this is a watertight vessel and would make a great vase for shorter stemmed flowers.
The bowl is 15cm diameter x 9cm high
