I have started working more regularly with wild clay from the garden. In this vessel I have mixed four clays together, one of which is a wild clay, and have thrown them on the wheel to create this blended clay vessel. The outside is left unglazed and has a simple beauty and I decided to be experimental with a more textured internal glaze. I used several glazes to evoke cracking but this does mean that this vessel is not watertight. A great pencil pot or good for collecting feathers or dried flowers.
