This mushroom took a long time to perfect and this giant amanita is the result of a variety of experiments. This was a hand built mushroom which involved building up different layers and types of porcelain and white clays to give the cap more interest and colour variation when I cracked the cap. These amanita mushrooms are really interesting with a lace like frill around the edge of the cap and a deep body.
