This weighty vessel is watertight and can be used as a large vase or an object of art. The clay has been stretched and cracked and layers added to it and it strongly resembles an elephant’s skin / foot! You may not see or feel this and it can just be a vessel, but every time I touch and look at it this is all I can think of!
