This platter is hand built incorporating wild clay from the Cotswolds with multiple other clays, moulded around an old piece of characterful bark to dry. The clay has also been stretched and cracked and layers added to it. It is rough to the touch but I would be happy to serve dried meats or crudité from it. You can use if for anything that springs to mind!
